La ruta de los B’aktunes / The B’aktunes Route

El INGUAT y el Ministerio de Turismo de Guatemala han creado un tour por todas las ciudades que guardan objetos relacionados con el final de la cuenta larga del calendario maya este 2012; se llama La ruta de B’aktunes. Se visitarán lugares con estelas y muros que guarden relación con este calendario, y visitarán lugares en donde aún hoy los descendientes de los mayas hacen celebraciones espirituales. Se espera la visita de muchos turistas para esta ruta. INGUAT and the Guatemalan Ministry of Tourism have created a tour of all the cities that store data related to the end of the Mayan Long Count calendar this 2012, it’s called the B’aktunes Route. Places with stelae and walls that are relevant to this calendar will be visited , and places where even today the descendants of the Mayas conduct spiritual celebrations. It is hoped that many tourists will take this route.
